We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at StorySouq. Should you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@storysouq.eu , providing your order number and the reason for the return.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Digital products (e.g. print-at-home downloads) are non-returnable.
• The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item was damaged or defective.

After receiving and inspecting your return, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.
